In the User Tools area, click on "reporting". You will see the following information for each of the promotional codes assigned to your account:
Leads – anyone who called into the toll free number, and provided their name, phone number, and address. This is updated on a daily basis, Monday through Friday.
Appointments – a lead that requested an ADT salesperson to come to their home to provide a security system. This is updated on a daily basis, Monday through Friday.
Installed Sales – a system has been installed in the customer's home, is active, and the customer has made his initial payment to ADT – you get paid a commission from your referral that results in a completed sale by ADT. This data is updated monthly, on the 10th of each month.
